Sandra Lim Shue Hui (林雪卉) graduated from the City University Malaysia in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia in 2023 with a bachelor’s degree in mass communication. On September 6, 2024, she won Miss Universe Malaysia 2024 at The Majestic Hotel in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Miss Universe Malaysia 2025
On September 7, 2025, Lim attended the unveiling of the Miss Universe Malaysia 2025 crown Eternal Blossom at The Majestic Hotel Kuala Lumpur, Autograph Collection in Kuala Lumpur. Miss Universe Malaysia Organization (MUMO) chairperson Ricky Guing, Miss Universe Malaysia national director Charissa Chong and A Vintage Collezione managing director Dato’ Angela Ngoo also graced the event.
On September 12, 2025, Lim will crown her successor at the Majestic Ballroom of The Majestic Hotel Kuala Lumpur, Autograph Collection. It is the 34th edition of the national beauty pageant that selects Malaysia’s Miss Universe candidate.
A total of 16 women are competing for the Miss Universe Malaysia 2025 crown, which was designed by A Vintage Collezione. If facial beauty is the only criterion, these will be my Top 5 candidates:

Currently, Malaysia has two Miss Universe placements. On July 11, 1970, Josephine Lena Wong represented the country at Miss Universe 1970, competed against 62 other candidates at the Miami Beach Auditorium in Miami Beach, Florida, United States and finished in the Top 15.
On November 16, 2024, Lim represented Malaysia at Miss Universe 2024, competed against 124 other candidates at the Arena CDMX in Azcapotzalco, Mexico City, Mexico and finished in the Top 30. On November 21, 2025, her successor will represent Malaysia at Miss Universe 2025 and compete against more than 120 other candidates at the Impact Challenger Hall in Pak Kret, Nonthaburi, Thailand.
