Eleanora Kachalovskaya (Элеоноре Качаловской) is the first beauty queen to represent Belarus in Miss Universe. In 2021, she graduated from the Belarusian State University of Culture and Arts in Minsk.
On September 8, 2023, Kachalovskaya competed against 23 other Miss Belarus 2023 candidates at the Minsk Sports Palace in Minsk and won the title. Ksenia Vlasyuk and Milana Yakimovich were the first and second runners-up, respectively.
Miss Belarus 2025
On August 20, 2025, Kachalovskaya turned 25. On September 12, 2025, she will go back to the Minsk Sports Palace to crown her successor, which marks the 14th edition of the national beauty pageant that selects Belarus’s Miss Universe and Miss Global candidates.

On September 25, 2024, Karyna Kisialiova competed against six other Miss Universe Belarus 2024 candidates at the Palace of Independence in Minsk and won the title. She did not compete at Miss Universe 2024 and was replaced by Kachalovskaya, who was officially appointed Miss Universe Belarus 2024 on October 18, 2024.
On November 16, 2024, Kachalovskaya represented Belarus at Miss Universe 2024, competed against 124 other candidates at the Arena Ciudad de Mexico (Arena CDMX) in Mexico City, Mexico and was unplaced. On March 9, 2025, Miss Belarus 2021 Darya Hancharevich represented Belarus at Miss Global 2024, competed against 60 other candidates the The Mall Lifestore Ngamwongwan in Bang Khen, Nonthaburi, Thailand and finished in the Top 12.
On November 21, 2025, Kachalovskaya’s successor will represent Belarus at Miss Universe 2025 at the Impact Challenger in Pak Kret, Nonthaburi. More than 120 women will compete for the title.
