Clara Shafira Krebs competed against 13 other Miss Universe Indonesia 2024 candidates at The H Club SCBD in Jakarta, Indonesia on September 19, 2024. She won the title.
Runner-up to Krebs was Fiza Javaid Khan of Jakarta. The second runner-up was Nadia Ingrida Tjuatja of East Java.
Miss Universe Indonesia 2025
On September 22, 2025, Krebs will crown her successor at the Opus Grand Ballroom of The Tribrata in Jakarta. It is the third edition of the national beauty pageant that selects the Miss Universe candidate of Indonesia.
Currently, Indonesia has eight Miss Universe placements. The highest one was the Top 10 finish of Frederika Alexis Cull in 2019 and the most recent one was the Top 21 finish of Ayu Maulida in the 2020 edition.
From 29 semifinalist, 16 are still in the running towards becoming Miss Universe Indonesia 2025. If facial beauty is the only criterion, these will be my Top 5 finalists:

Indonesia was represented in Miss Universe by Ratu Pariwisata Indonesia in 1974, Ratu Indonesia in 1975, Puteri Indonesia in 1976, in 1977, in 1995, in 1996 and from 2005 to 2020, an appointed candidate in 1980 and Miss Indonesia in 1982 and in 1983. The country’s Miss Universe national director was Andy Nurhayati between 1974 and 1983 and Mooryati Soedibyo and Putri Kus Wisnu Wardani between 1995 and 2020.
Miss Universe Indonesia started in 2023 with Poppy Capella as the national director. She was replaced by Teuku Jordan Zacky in 2024 and Kelly Tandiono in 2025.
On November 16, 2024, Krebs represented Indonesia at Miss Universe 2024 and competed against 124 other candidates at the Arena Ciudad de México (Arena CDMX) in Azcapotzalco, Mexico City, Mexico. She was unplaced.
