Maria Fernanda Beltran Figueroa of Sinaloa, Mexico won Miss Universe Mexico 2024 at the Canciones Convention Center in Cancún, Quintana Roo, Mexico on September 5, 2024. Aranza Anaid Molina Rueda of Tabasco, Ana Karen Bustos González of San Luis Potosí, Lorena Marlene Sevilla Mesina of Colima and Mariana Macías Ornelas of Michoacán were the respective first, second, third and fourth runners-up.
Miss Universe Mexico 2025 predictions
On September 13, 2025, Beltran will crown her successor at the Sala Plácido Domingo of the Conjunto Santander de Artes Escénicas in Zapopan, Jalisco, Mexico. It is the second edition of the national beauty pageant that selects the Miss Universe candidate of the country.
There are 32 women competing for the Miss Universe Mexico 2025 crown. I believe these five candidates will make it to the top:

Mexico was represented in Miss Universe by Señorita México from 1952 to 1994, Nuestra Belleza Mexico from 1995 to 2014, in 2016 and in 2017 and Mexicana Universal from 2018 to 2023. In 2024, the franchise was transferred to Miss Universe Mexico.
Currently, Mexico has 21 Miss Universe placements including the coronation of María Guadalupe “Lupita” Jones Garay in 1991, Jimena “Ximena” Navarrete Rosete in 2010 and Alma Andrea Meza Carmona in the 2020 edition in 2021. The most recent one was achieved by Beltran.
On November 16, 2024, Beltran represented Mexico at Miss Universe 2024 and competed against 124 other candidates at the Arena Ciudad de México (Arena CDMX) in Azcapotzalco, Mexico City, Mexico. She was second runner-up to Victoria Kjær Theilvig of Denmark.
