Luo is a Chinese singer, songwriter, model and beauty queen originally from Shenzhen, Guangdong, China and based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Here are 13 more things about her:

• She was one of the 20 finalists of 2016 China Super Vocal, which concluded on May 29, 2016 at the River Rock Show Theatre in Richmond, British Columbia, Canada.
• In May 2019, she traveled to New York City, New York, USA.

2020s

• In April 2020, she was accepted by Columbia University.
• On October 24, 2020, she competed against 39 other Miss Universe Canada 2020 candidates at the John Bassett Theatre of the Metro Toronto Convention Centre in Toronto. She was unplaced but she won the Star Quality Award.
• On December 28, 2020, she represented Shenzhen at Miss Asia Canada 2020 and competed against 10 other candidates in Toronto. She did not make it to the Top 3 but she was crowned Miss Asia Canada-Vancouver 2020.

• On May 23, 2025, she served as a judge at Miss Aura International 2025 at Rixos Sungate in Antalya, Turkiye.
• On June 5, 2025, she was crowned Miss Supranational Hong Kong 2025.
• On June 27, 2025, she represented Hong Kong at Miss Supranational 2025 and competed against 65 other candidates at the Strzelecki Park Amphitheater in Nowy Sacz, Malopolska, Poland. She was unplaced.
