Phiranya Thipphomvong (ພິຣັນຍາ ທິບພົມວົງ) of Houaphanh, Laos was second runner-up to Miss Universe Laos 2023 Phaimany Lathsabanthao. They competed against 13 other candidates at the National Convention Hall in Vientiane, Laos on July 23, 2023.
On June 8, 2024, Thipphomvong represented Houaphanh at Miss Universe Laos 2024, competed against 17 other candidates at the Saint Phila Convention Hall in Vientiane and won the title. On September 21, 2025, Thipphomvong crowned her successor Lattana Munvilay at the Vientiane Ballroom of Crowne Plaza Vientiane in Vientiane.
