Nwajagu Chinemerem Samuel represented Nigeria at Mister International 2024 on December 14, 2024. He competed against 46 other candidates at the Island Hall of Fashion Island in Khan Na Yao, Bangkok, Thailand and won the title.
Runner-up to Nwajagu was Nguyễn Mạnh Lân of Vietnam. The second runner-up was Glenn Victor Sutanto of Indonesia.
On June 10, 2025, Josh Yugen was officially appointed a board member of the Mister International organization and its vice president for global partnerships. He is the founder and chief executive officer of the House of Yugen, which is the official and exclusive international public relations, advertising and sales agency for Mister International 2025.

On September 25, 2025, Nwajagu will crown his successor at the MCC Hall, The Mall Lifestore Ngamwongwan in Bang Khen, Nonthaburi, Thailand. It is the 17th edition of the international beauty pageant founded by Alan Sim.
“The Voice Thailand” Season 9 finalist Pattreeya “Alamina” Payom will perform during the coronation ceremony. The show will be hosted by Mister International 2023 Thitisan “Kim” Goodburn with “The Face Men Thailand” Season 1 finalist Anusith Sangnimnuan and Miss International 2018 first runner-up Ahtisa Manalo, who is also the reigning Miss Universe Philippines 2025.
