Stephany Andujar was born in Saint Thomas, United States Virgin Islands to Dominican parents. On August 18, 2024, she competed against four other Miss Universe U.S. Virgin Islands 2024 finalists at the Antilles Mark C. Marin Center in Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas and won the title.

On September 28, 2025, Andujar crowned her successor Britanny Robinson of Northside, St. Thomas in the auditorium of Saint Croix Educational Complex High School in St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands. On November 21, 2025, the latter will represent the territory at Miss Universe 2025 at the Impact Challenger Hall in Pak Kret, Nonthaburi, Thailand.

On November 16, 2024, Andujar represented the U.S. Virgin Islands at Miss Universe 2024 and competed against 124 other candidates at the Arena Ciudad de México (Arena CDMX) in Azcapotzalco, Mexico City, Mexico. She was unplaced.

It was Victoria Kjær Theilvig of Denmark who won the Miss Universe 2024 crown. She attended the Miss Universe U.S. Virgin Islands 2025 coronation ceremony, which marked the first time a reigning Miss Universe titleholder graced the crowning of Miss Universe U.S. Virgin Islands.
