Brayan Gonzalez Quirama, 23, was one of the five most wanted fugitives out of Bogota, Colombia. He is accused of being a hitman.

Gonzalez was wanted for multiple counts of homicide and gun trafficking. After he allegedly committed the crimes, he fled Colombia and entered the United States illegally.

On September 18, 2025, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and the North Texas Fugitive Task Force (NTFTF) of the U.S. Marshals Service arrested Gonzalez for his illegal status in the U.S. He will be extradited to Colombia where he will face his outstanding warrants.

Sean Malecha, the acting U.S. Marshal of the Northern District of Texas, praised the NTFTF for “standing shoulder-to-shoulder with our federal, state, and local partners, workday in and day out to bring both international and domestic fugitives to justice.” He declared, “Now that we nabbed this alleged hitman, we are quickly on to the next.”

Rafael Castellanos

ICE is based in Washington, D.C., USA, which is around 208 miles away from Plainfield, Union County, New Jersey, USA. Recently, Plainfield Police Department officers investigated allegations of sexual assault by Rafael Castellanos Felipe, 49.

On September 27, 2025, the police department issued a warrant for the arrest of Castellanos, who was wanted for multiple counts of sexual assault against children. After the criminal charges were filed against him, he allegedly fled New Jersey. 

On September 28, 2025, members of the New York New Jersey Regional Fugitive Task Force (NYNJRFTF) of the U.S. Marshals started investigating the whereabouts of Castellanos. On the afternoon of September 29, 2025, members of the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force (NOVFTF) of the U.S. Marshals found him in an apartment in Strongville, Cuyahoga County, Ohio, USA.

Castellanos was arrested without incident and booked into the Cuyahoga County Jail in Cleveland, Cuyahoga County. He will be extradited to Union County, New Jersey.
