Cassia Sharpley represented Namibia in the 71st edition of Miss Universe and will represent the country in the second edition of Miss Cosmo. She is the founder of the Honey Comb Haven Foundation, which helps the less fortunate members of her community in Otjomuise, Windhoek, Namibia.

BIOGRAPHY

Sharpley is a Namibian paramedic practitioner, singer, songwriter, dancer, model and beauty queen who advocates for poverty eradication. Her older brother Joshua Sharpley inspires her to maintain a healthy lifestyle and their mother Marson Sharpley helped her discover her love for singing.

Born and raised in Windhoek, Cassia started playing the piano at a young age and started playing hockey, soccer and netball when she was a teenager. As a dancer, she does contemporary, hip−hop, ballet and open style.

Cassia attended Eagles Christian Academy and the Namibia University of Science and Technology, which are both in Windhoek. Her father Marson Sharpley was an English lecturer at the University of Namibia in Windhoek from 1991 to 1993.
