Djulieta Calalb of Chișinău, Moldova is the first beauty queen to represent Moldova in Miss Universe. She is a model who speaks Moldovan, German, Russian and English.
On September 29, 2024, Calalb competed against 20 other Miss Universe Moldova 2024 candidates at the Digital Park in Chișinău and won the title. The first runner-up was Eva Papuc, a cosmetologist from Chișinău.
Miss Universe Moldova 2025 predictions
On October 5, 2025, Calalb will crown her successor at Premium Park in Chișinău, which marks the second edition of the national beauty pageant that selects the Miss Universe candidate of Moldova. Maria Lungu will host the coronation ceremony.
