Miguel Alejandro Ortega Alaniz represented Spain in the 11th edition of Mister Global. It is an international beauty pageant founded by Pradit Pradinunt in 2014.

Ortega is the first Mister Global from Spain. Also from the same country, Miguel Ángel Lucas won the seventh edition of the beauty pageant on March 15, 2022 but he later resigned and was replaced by Danh Chiếu Linh of Vietnam on September 5, 2022.
