Alfeche is a Filipino military reservist, special education teacher, athlete and beauty queen from Matanao. She competed in Miss Philippines Earth twice.

• On July 26, 2020, she represented Davao City at Miss Philippines Earth 2020 and competed against 32 other candidates in a virtual competition. She was unplaced.
• In February 2022, she visited Samal, Davao del Norte, Philippines.
• On July 9, 2022, she competed against 20 other Miss Philippines Earth-Mindanao 2022 candidates at the Babak Gym in Samal. She won the title.
• In August 2022, she visited Uraya’s Peak in Talaingod, Davao del Norte.
• In January 2023, she became a Philippine military reservist.
• On July 15, 2023, she represented Davao City at Hiyas Nan Carrascal 2023 and competed against 29 other candidates in Carrascal, Surigao del Sur, Philippines. She was unplaced.
