Oscar Jimenez Larios, 39, of Glendora, Los Angeles County, California, United States has been arrested. His bail was set at $290,000.

In February 2025, Jimenez allegedly convinced an underage girl waiting at a bus stop near a middle school that he would drive her to school. However, he allegedly drove to a nearby parking lot instead and sexually assaulted her there.
In October 2025, witnesses allegedly saw Jimenez try to lure two other teenage girls near a middle school and elementary school in West Covina, Los Angeles County. The city is around 8.6 miles away from Glendora.
On October 6, 2025, Jimenez was arrested by detectives. He was booked into the West Covina City Jail in West Covina.
On October 8, 2025, Jimenez was arraigned. Two counts of lewd and lascivious acts upon a minor and three counts of annoying and molesting a child were filed against him by the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office.
In November 2025, Jimenez will be back in court. He is being held in the custody of the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
Glendora
Named after Leadora Bennett Whitcomb, Glendora was founded on April 1, 1887 and incorporated on November 13, 1911. While in college, Mike Randazzo became a Glendora Police Department cadet in 1994. He became a police officer in 1996, promoted to captain in July 2023 and appointed as the chief of the department on May 25, 2024.
