Alma Cooper represented Michigan, United States at Miss USA 2024 at the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles, California, United States on August 4, 2024. She won the title.

Runner-up to Cooper was Connor Perry of Kentucky, USA. The respective second, third and fourth runners-up were Danika Christopherson of Oklahoma, USA, Christell Foote of Tennessee, USA and Macy Hudson of Ohio, USA.

Miss USA 2025

On September 4, 2025, Thom Brodeur became the new chairman, president and chief executive officer of Miss USA, replacing Laylah Rose Loiczly. Joining Brodeur were Elise Banks-Lovely and Laura Clark as the new national directors of the national beauty pageant that selects the Miss Universe candidate of the U.S.

On October 24, 2025, Cooper will crown her successor at the Grand Theater of the Grand Sierra Resort in Reno, Nevada, USA. This marks the 74th edition of the competition.

As per tradition, the 50 states of the U.S. and the capital city of the country will be represented at Miss USA 2025. If facial beauty is the only criterion, these will be my Top 10 candidates:

On July 12, 2025, Olivia Jordan represented Oklahoma at Miss USA 2015, competed against 50 other candidates at the Baton Rouge River Center Arena in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, USA and won the title. She was the second runner-up when she represented the country at Miss Universe 2015 at The Axis in Las Vegas, Nevada where she competed against 79 other candidates.

Jordan will host the Miss USA 2025 coronation ceremony with Emmanuel Acho. Born in Dallas, Texas to Nigerian parents, the latter was a National Football League linebacker from 2012 to 2015.
