Francie Millan represented Louisiana, United States in the 74th edition of Miss USA. She is the first Uruguayan woman to win a beauty pageant title in a U.S. state.

BIOGRAPHY

Millan is a Uruguayan-American beauty queen born in the U.S. to Uruguayan parents Octavio Millan and Ibe Millan, who are both from Paysandu, Uruguay. Francie’s brother Marco Millan is a makeup artist who is married to George Lopez, a carpenter from San Antonio.

Originally from Houston, Texas, USA, Francie moved to San Antonio, Texas then to New Orleans, Louisiana. She studied agriculture as part of the Future Farmers of America (FFA).
