Shockley is an American family lawyer, professor, community advocate and beauty queen from Camden, Delaware. After graduating from Cape Henlopen High School in Lewes, Delaware in 1998, she went to the Jack F. Owens Campus of the Delaware Technical and Community College in Georgetown, Delaware, Delaware State University in Dover, Wesley College in Dover and the Widener University Schools of Law in Wilmington, Delaware.
