Jacob E. Prichard of Huber Heights, Ohio, United States and his wife Jaymee M. Prichard have died. He was 34 and she was 33.
Jacob and Jaymee’s acquaintance and fellow U.S. Air Force base worker Jaime S. Gustitus of Sugarcreek Township, Greene County, Ohio has also died. Gustitus was 25.
Jaymee Prichard
In 2006, Jaymee started doing data entry for her stepfather, who owned more than 20 cellphone retail stores. He earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Wright State University in Fairborn, Greene County.
In 2011, Jaymee graduated from Centerville High School in Centerville, Montgomery County and enrolled at Wright State University. In 2013, she started working at Picture Perfect Photobooth Rentals in Dayton.
In 2015, Jaymee graduated from the university with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and reentered the same university to pursue a master’s degree in business. Jacob earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from the same university.
Jacob Prichard
In 2012, Jacob and his brother co-founded Picture Perfect Photobooth Rentals. While the former served as the president of the company, Jaymee was the vice president.
After this, Jacob worked in the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) and she worked in the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base (WPAFB), a U.S. Air Force just east of Dayton, Montgomery County, Ohio. Law enforcement has yet to establish their exact relationships with Gustitus aside from being acquaintances and co-workers.
Jaime Gustitus
Gustitus was a first lieutenant in the U.S. Air Force. She worked in Wright-Patterson Air Force Base’s 711th Human Performance Wing, which is part of the Air Force Research Laboratory.
From June 2018 to May 2022, Gustitus attended the U.S. Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA where she earned a bachelor’s degree in operations research. From September 2022 to September 2023, she attended the U.S. Air Force Institute of Technology at WPAFB where she earned a master’s degree in operations research.
From September 2023 to September 2024, Gustitus was a U.S. Air Force student pilot. In September 2024, she became a U.S. Air Force operations research analyst at WPAFB.
On October 25, 2025, Jacob drove to Gustisus’s apartment in the 1600 block of Honey Tree Place in Sugarcreek Township. She was the lone resident in the apartment.
At around 2:00 a.m., Jacob broke into the apartment, killed Gustitus and fled to West Milton, Miami County, Ohio. The time he killed Jaymee is still unknown.
Jacob placed Jaymee’s body in the trunk of their car, drove it to the West Milton Municipal Building in West Milton and opened the car’s trunk as soon as he parked in the parking lot of the building. At around 4:23 a.m, he fatally shot himself near the rear of the car.
At 5:08 a.m., a West Milton Police Division officer discovered Jacob and Jaymee’s bodies in the parking lot. Authorities have yet to release details about his death and the murders of Jaymee and Gustitus.
Security cameras outside the West Milton Police Division recorded the events in the parking lot. The murders of Gustitus and Jaymee are being investigated by the division along with the Sugarcreek Township Police Division, the Miami County Sheriff’s Office, the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation and the Wright-Patterson Office of Special Investigations.
