After the crash, Surrey Police issued a warrant for Sullivan’s arrest. Instead of turning himself he, he fled England.
On August 26, 2024, Sullivan allegedly attacked a man in a nightclub in Marbella with a glass and left the man with extremely serious neck injuries. The accused attacker was not arrested and he even managed to make his professional boxing debut days after the alleged assault.
On August 31, 2024, Sullivan defeated George Fenson, then 26, of Bedford, Bedfordshire, England via technical knockout via left hook at the 3Arena in Dublin. The winner was summoned to appear at Guildford Magistrates Court in Guildford, Surrey on November 26, 2024 in relation to several driving offenses in Virginia Water.
After Sullivan failed to appear in court, a warrant was issued for his arrest. On October 6, 2025. Sullivan turned 24.
On October 10, 2025, Sullivan was arrested following his return to the U.K. He was remanded to appear at Guildford Magistrates Court on October 11, 2025 and at Guildford Crown Court in Guilford on October 14, 2025.
On October 24, 2025, Sullivan appeared at Staines Magistrates Court in Staines, Surrey and pleaded guilty to dangerous driving and driving without insurance. He will be sentenced there on November 14, 2025.
