Peters is an American licensed psychotherapist, life coach, actor and beauty queen of Ghanaian, Nigerian, Native American, Filipino and British descent. Her father is a Ghanaian highlife musician from Cape Coast, Ghana and her mother Seth Peters is a nurse of Nigerian, Native American, Filipino and British descent.

Born in Springfield, Massachusetts, USA, Andromeda is an only child. She finished high school in Chicopee, Massachusetts and earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in theatre from Elms College in Chicopee and a master’s degree from Springfield College in Springfield, Massachusetts.
