Dr. Gabrielle Henry competed in Miss Universe Jamaica twice. She represented Jamaica in the 74th edition of Miss Universe but was not able to finish the competition due to an accident.
BIOGRAPHY
Henry is a Jamaican medical doctor, performing artist and beauty queen who advocates for the visually impaired community. She is an alumna of Immaculate Conception High School and The University of West Indies, Mona, which are both in Kingston, Jamaica.
As a doctor, Henry specializes in ophthalmology. As an artist, she was formally trained in voice and piano.

- On August 20, 2023, she competed against 28 other Miss Universe Jamaica 2023 candidates at the AC Hotel by Marriott Kingston in Kingston and finished in the Top 6.
- On August 9, 2025, she competed against 29 other Miss Universe Jamaica 2025 candidates at the AC Hotel Kingston in Kingston and won the title.
- She visited patients and staff members of Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital in Hollywood, Florida on October 9, 2025 and attended a meet-and-greet at Miami Dade College in Miami, Florida.
- On October 12, 2025, she was a special guest at the 13th anniversary tea party of Jamaican Women of Florida at Colony West Golf Club in Tamarac, Florida, USA.
- On October 15, 2025, she visited Jersey College in Sunrise, Florida.
- On November 19, 2025, she fell while walking across the stage during the evening gown round of the Miss Universe 2025 preliminary competition at the Impact Challenger Hall. She was rushed to Paolo Rangsit Hospital in Thanyaburi, Pathum Thani, Thailand. While still at the hospital, she withdrew from the competition and was not able to represent Jamaica in the coronation ceremony at the Impact Challenger Hall on November 21, 2025.
