Johanna Swartbooi won the 29th edition of Miss Namibia. She represented Namibia in the 74th edition of Miss Universe.

BIOGRAPHY

Swartbooi is a Namibian entrepreneur, accessory designer, model and beauty queen born into the Oorlam community in Keetmanshoop in the ||Karas region of Namibia. She competed in Miss Namibia twice.

• In November 2016, she walked for David Tlale at the Windhoek Fashion Week 2016 at the Grove Mall in Windhoek.

• From February 2024 to September 2024, she was a project manager at Avid Marketing Agency.
• In December 2024, she joined the Ministry of Labour, Industrial Relations and Employment Creation in Windhoek as a senior private secretary.
• On July 19, 2025, she competed against nine other Miss Namibia 2025 finalists at the Queens Hall in Ongwediva, Oshana, Namibia and won the title.
• On November 21, 2025, she represented Namibia at Miss Universe 2025 and competed against 119 other candidates at the Impact Challenger Hall in Pak Kret, Nonthaburi, Thailand. She was unplaced.
