Henry Chang represented Taiwan at Mister Friendship International 2024 on December 8, 2024. He competed against 16 other candidates at the Asia Pacific Resort in Lukang, Changhua County, Taiwan and won the title.
Runners-up to Chang were Immanuel Nicolas of Indonesia and Jansen Kenley See of the Philippines. The second runners-up were Khoon Nya of Myanmar and Nguyen Hong Ha of Vietnam and the third runners-up were Roland Castronuevo of Canada, Mateusz Lis of Poland and Apirak Sarapee of Thailand.

On June 20, 2021, John Mark “Migo” de Vera represented Cavite, Philippines in the inaugural edition of Mister Friendship International. He competed against 17 other candidates in an online coronation ceremony and won the title.
On December 18, 2022, Yoo Beyong Eun represented South Korea at Mister Friendship International 2022, competed against 15 other candidates at the Aura Rich Hall in Ban Ped, Mueang, Khon Kaen, Thailand and won the title. On December 13, 2023, he crowned his successor Leav Veng Hour of Cambodia at the Faculty of Fine and Applied Arts (FA) Theater of Khon Kaen University in Khon Kaen.
