2020s

• In April 2021, he nearly ran over a Hollywood Police Department officer, who in turn shot him in Hollywood. When officers tried to arrest him, he got inside a white Jaguar with Washington plates and quickly accelerated in an attempt to strike one of the officers. He was arrested, charged with battery and assault on an officer, resisting an officer with violence and fleeing police and released.
• In September 2021, he violated the conditions of his pre-trial release for his April 2021 case in Hollywood by committing a violent crime in Miami-Dade County.
• On the afternoon of October 7, 2021, U.S. Marshals were serving him with a warrant when he climbed on the roof of an apartment complex in Aventura, Miami-Dade County. After almost three hours of a rooftop standoff between him and police, he finally agreed to come down. He was hosed down by Miami-Dade Fire Rescue, arrested and taken to the hospital for an evaluation.

• In May 2025, Perry, his girlfriend, graduated from the Whitworth University School of Continuing Studies in Spokane with a bachelor’s degree in public service administration.
• At around 1:00 a.m. on December 4, 2025, while he was wanted in Washington for kidnapping, rape, strangulation, hit and run, reckless endangering and reckless driving, he fled the scene of a single-vehicle rollover crash in Terrebonne, Deschutes County, Oregon that left a woman injured and trapped inside a car. At around 7:50 a.m., he was arrested by the Oregon State Police and the special weapons and tactics (SWAT) team of the Deschutes County Sheriff’s Office and was hospitalized.
