Leav Veng Hour (លាវ វេងហួរ) represented Cambodia in the third edition of Mister Friendship International. He is an alumnus of the University of Washington in Seattle, Washington, United States.

BIOGRAPHY

Leav is a Cambodian teacher, martial artist, fashion model and beauty king from Phnom Penh, Cambodia. He is married to Miss Universe Cambodia 2018 Rern Nat.

Before becoming a beauty king, Leav visited more than 20 countries. He was born in Cambodia where he was raised by his grandmothers.

• On December 13, 2023, he represented Cambodia at Mister Friendship International 2023 and competed against 18 other candidates at the FA Theater of Khon Kaen University in Khon Kaen, Thailand. He won the title.
• On March 22, 2024, he and Julia Gama hosted the Universal Woman 2024 coronation ceremony at PNN TV in Phnom Penh.
