Sebaga Lea Manyapetsa, 25, of Gaborone, Botswana is the new winner of Miss Culture Global. The contest aims to celebrate culture as a unifying force that connects nations and inspires change.
Lorraine Loshaq Kljajić founded Miss Culture Global in 2021. It promotes the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the United Nations just like Miss International and uses Beauty With a Purpose projects to do the promotion just like Miss World.
Sebaga Manyapetsa
Aside from being a beauty queen, Manyapetsa is also a philanthropist. Before joining Miss Culture Global, she competed in Miss Botswana twice.
On October 22, 2022, Manyapetsa competed against 29 other Miss Botswana 2022 candidates at the Fairscape Precinct in Gaborone. She was second runner-up to Lesego Chombo.
On March 23, 2024, Manyapetsa competed against nine other Miss Botswana 2024 finalists at the Royal Aria in Tlokweng, Botswana. She was second runner-up to Anicia Gaothusi.
On September 21, 2024, Manyapetsa competed against 19 other Miss Universe Botswana 2024 finalists at the Gaborone International Conference Centre (GICC) in Gaborone. She was second runner-up to Dr. Thanolo Keutlwile.
On March 22, 2025, Manyapetsa served as the red carpet host at Miss Botswana 2025 at The Grand Palm Hotel Casino Convention Resort in Gaborone. The title was won by Ruth Thomas.
Miss Culture Global 2025
On December 13, 2025, Manyapetsa represented Botswana at Miss Culture Global 2025 and competed against eight other candidates at the Ellen Johnson Sirleaf (EJS) Ministerial Complex in Monrovia, Liberia. She won the title.
Runner-up to Manyapetsa was Wesha Mwalamoyo of Malawi. The second runner-up was Celia Franchel Jones of Liberia.
The other candidates were Amadie Comfort of Ghana, Susan Atieno Abong-o of Kenya, Janet Kaindume, 22, of Namibia, Gbeminiyi Shofolu of Nigeria, Kimberly Cuevas of the Philippines and Isha Yansaneh of Sierra Leone. Shofolu was crowned Miss Culture Global Africa 2025 and Cuevas, the only candidate from outside Africa, was crowned Miss Culture Global Asia 2025.
