Miss Grand International (MGI) was founded by Nawat Itsaragrisil in 2013. It is based in Bangkok, Thailand.
On December 4, 2025, the MGI Organization announced the inaugural edition of MGI All Stars. On January 25, 2026, the series of activities of the competition will start.
The contest is open to biological women and transwomen who have competed in an international beauty pageant regardless of placement. Single and married women and mothers are allowed to compete.

On February 13, 2026, the MGI All Stars 2026 coronation ceremony will be held in Bangkok. The exact venue and the hosts have yet to be announced.
