Ketut Permata Juliastrid Sari represented Indonesia at Miss Cosmo 2024 at the Saigon Riverside Park in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam on October 5, 2024. She won the title.
Runner-up to Sari was Karnruethai Tassabut of Thailand. Finishing in the Top 5 were Romina Lozano Saldaña of Peru, Samantha Jo Elliott of the United States and Xuan Hanh Bui of Vietnam.
Miss Cosmo 2025
On December 20, 2025, Sari will crown her successor at the Creative Park in Ho Chi Minh City. It is the second edition of the international beauty pageant based in the city.

Trần Việt Bảo Hoàng is the founder and chief executive officer of Miss Cosmo, which is owned by UNICorp and UNIMedia. The president is Trần Ngọc Nhật.
Bonang Matheba will host the Miss Cosmo 2025 coronation ceremony with Tassabut, Bùi Đức Bảo and Đặng Dương Thanh Thanh Huyền. AXN and VTV will air the show, which will feature performances by Jessica “Jessi” Ho, Hoang Thuy Linh, Ho Ngoc Ha, Phuong My Chi, Van Mai Huong, Truc Nhan, Miss Universe Vietnam 2025 Huong Giang and the South Korean boy band Tempest.
Miss Universe 2021 Harnaaz Sandhu and Miss Universe 2025 fourth runner-up Olivia Yace will serve as judges. Joining them in the election committee are Ali Aslan, George Chien, Paula Shugart, Phạm Sanh Châu and Nguyễn Hoàng Vũ.
