Known as Bermuda’s premier middle-distance runner and a historic figure in the island’s athletics, Minors is the first Bermudian in history to run a sub-four-minute mile, which was 3:59.35 set in 2023. He holds multiple national records, including the indoor 1,000m and the outdoor mile.

Minors is an alumna of Franklin Pierce University in Rindge, New Hampshire, United States where he was a six-time All-American. He has represented Bermuda at the Commonwealth Games, the Pan American Games, and the Central American and Caribbean (CAC) Games, where he earned a bronze medal in the 1,500m in 2023. Beyond the track, he is a respected coach and a leading voice for athlete representation within the Bermuda Olympic Association.

In Bermuda, Minors is viewed as the “Standard-Bearer of the Track.” He is admired for his tactical intelligence during races and his commitment to developing the next generation of Bermudian runners. His humble demeanor and consistent performance on the global stage have made him one of the most beloved sporting icons in the archipelago.

Mister Atlantic Pace Frontier 2025

The year 2025 has been a landmark year for Minors, characterized by career-best performances and new leadership roles. In February 2025, he was officially elected as the chairman of the Bermuda Olympic Association’s Athlete Commission, a position he will hold through the 2028 Olympic cycle. In June 2025, he represented Bermuda’s athletes at the International Athletes’ Forum in Lausanne, Switzerland where he engaged with global sporting leaders on the future of the Olympic movement. In October 2025, he was inducted into the Franklin Pierce University Athletics Hall of Fame, cementing his legacy as one of the school’s all-time greats.

Athletically, 2025 saw Minors achieve significant milestones on the road and track. In May 2025, he clocked a new personal best of 14:30 at the Cardiff 5K in Wales, finishing 10th in an elite field. He followed this in August 2025 by winning the 800m at the Midland Counties League in England with a time of 1:58.14. His momentum continued into the winter season; in December 2025, he set a 10K personal best of 30:24 while winning the AJ Bell Great Bristol Run and completed the Telford 10K in 30:42.

At Mister Frontier International 2025, Minors is awarded by CONAN Daily the Mister Atlantic Pace Frontier 2025 title for his record-breaking 2025 season, his induction into the Hall of Fame and his new role as a champion for Bermudian athletes. On December 26, 2025, he was selected as one of the 15 finalists.

Including Minors, a total of 35 men were selected by CONAN Daily as candidates of the inaugural edition of Mister Frontier International. The winner will be crowned on December 30, 2025.
