Ahtisa Manalo represented Quezon, Philippines at Miss Universe Philippines 2024 and competed against 52 other candidates at the SM Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City, Metro Manila, Philippines. She was second runner-up to Chelsea Manalo of Bulacan, Philippines.

On May 2, 2025, Ahtisa represented Quezon at Miss Universe Philippines 2025 and competed against 65 other candidates at the SM Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City. She won the title.

Miss Universe Philippines 2026 contestants

On May 1, 2026, Ahtisa will go back to the SM Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City to crown her successor. It is the seventh edition of the national beauty pageant that selects the Miss Universe candidate of the Philippines.

Cristeta Longey, 24, of Benguet was originally listed as a candidate but she withdrew from the competition. Imelda Bautista Schweighart, 30, of Kalibo, Aklan was a candidate and she participated in several pre-coronation activities but on March 28, 2026, she was disqualified.
