Nikki Nsta Iab Lee represented the Hmong community in the 11th edition of Miss Global. She is also known as Nikki Lynn.

BIOGRAPHY

Lee is a Hmong-Laotian-American entrepreneur and beauty queen. She owns Kasha Daleina, a creative arts studio that specializes in bespoke signage using light-emitting diode (LED) and acrylic designs to enhance in-person experiential marketing and branding.

Originally from Minnesota, United States, Lee later moved to Los Angeles, California, USA. She is two years younger than her brother Adam Lee.

Adam and Nikki grew up without their father. Their mother Rasami Vang and their stepfather Wade Brunette live in Green Bay, Wisconsin, USA.

• In August 2014, she joined SURAD Interpreting and Translation in Minneapolis.
• In July 2015, she left SURAD Interpreting and Translation and joined ScribeAmerica in Bloomington.
• From January 2016 to September 2016, she was a ScribeAmerica assistant recruitment lead.
• In October 2016, she joined Innova Solutions in Minneapolis.

2020s

• In April 2021, she left Innova Solutions and joined Amazon Web Services.
• In June 2023, she left Amazon Web Services and founded Kasha Daleina.
• In April 2024, she joined S.E.A. US Performing Arts Academy in Los Angeles.
• On June 8, 2024, she was appointed Miss Global Hmong 2024 while she was in Los Angeles.
• On August 4, 2024, she was formally crowned Miss Global Hmong 2024 at the Rising Stars Talent Competition in Hugo, Minnesota.
• On March 9, 2025, she represented the Hmong community at Miss Global 2025 and competed against 60 other candidates on the 4th floor of The Mall Lifestore Ngamwongwan in Bang Khen, Mueang Nonthaburi District, Nonthaburi, Thailand. She was unplaced.
