Patrick Pho-Ngam Forster was born in Vienna, Austria to an Austrian father named Ernst Forstner and a Thai mother. On May 26, 2024, Patrick competed against 27 other Mister Global Thailand 2024 candidates at the MCC Hall of The Mall Lifestore Ngamwongwan and won the title.
On October 6, 2024, Patrick represented Thailand at Mister Global 2024 and competed against 31 other candidates at the MCC Hall The Mall Lifestore Bangkapi in Bangkok. He was third runner-up to Dom Corilla of the Philippines.
On July 12, 2026, Patrick was appointed Mister Cosmo Thailand 2026 during the Mister Global 2026 coronation ceremony at the MCC Hall of The Mall Lifestore Ngamwongwan. he will represent Thailand at Mister Cosmo 2026.
