Police state Le Lievre dated the victim’s mother to gain access to the child, using secret emails and classroom manipulation to facilitate the abuse. He remains jailed without bond on sexual battery charges.

Shaya "Yona" Lunger, a Miami-Dade community activist and nonprofit leader, was arrested for lewd conduct involving a 15-year-old girl.
