BIOGRAPHY

Syinthavoing is a Laotian football player, fitness and football training coach, model and beauty king from Sekong. He is trilingual.

As a licensed health coach and fitness expert, Syinthavoing specializes in weight training, personal training, individual assessment, fitness advice, wellness, weight loss and increased muscle mass. He holds bachelor’s degrees in mechanical engineering and business English.

On November 17, 2025, Syinthavoing turned 23. Here are 13 more things about him:

1. When he was a teenager, he was a member of the Laotian national youth football team that competed in Japan.
2. He attended the Faculty of Engineering, National University of Laos in Vientiane, Laos.

• On December 19, 2021, he competed against 19 other Mister Laos 2021 candidates at the Crown Plaza Vientiane in Nongduang Nua Village, Sikhottabong District, Vientiane. He finished in the Top 5.
• From September 1, 2022 to October 31, 2022, he worked at Lao Airlines.
• On November 26, 2022, he walked the runway at the Vientiane WOW Fashion Show 2022.
• On January 4, 2023, he became a VIP Fitness Club trainer in Vientiane.
• On July 10, 2023, he represented Sekong at Mister Universe Laos 2023 and competed against 17 other candidates at the Nation Convention Centre in Vientiane. He finished in the Top 12.
• In September 2023, he completed his functional mobility training at Fitness Innovations Thailand in Bangkok, Thailand.
• In February 2024, he traveled to Mueang Phuket, Phuket, Thailand.
