Zachary Jacoby Zulock is an American banker from Oxford, Newton County, Georgia, United States. After getting married, he and William Dale Zulock adopted two boys from All Gods Children Inc., a Christian special-needs adoption agency in Georgia. 

The boys are siblings. They were born in 2011 and 2013.

While the boys were minors, they were sexually abused by Zachary and William. In 2022, the abusers filmed themselves assaulting the victims and pimped them out to Hunter Clay Lawless, then 27, and Luis Armando Vizcarro-Sanchez, then 25.

Aside from Oxford, Zachary has lived in other parts of Georgia including Loganville, Snellville, Douglasville, Temple and Villa Rica. He is 2 years older than William.

Zachary attended Grayson High School in Loganville, Georgia and studied business management at Westwood College-Atlanta in Atlanta, Georgia. Here are 14 more things about him:

  1. From October 2005 to October 2008, he was a Ruby Tuesday bar manager.
  2. From June 2008 to October 2008, he was a SunTrust bank teller.
  3. From January 2009 to April 2013, he was a Wells Fargo personal banker.
  4. In 2011, he allegedly lured a boy, then 14, to his residence and raped the boy.
  5. From August 2013 to July 2019, he was a PNC banker.
  6. On November 7, 2018, he and William adopted two boys.
  7. Between 2019 and 2021, he and William filmed themselves sexually abusing their two adopted sons.
  8. From July 2019 to September 2021, he was a SunTrust teller coordinator.
  9. In 2021, he and William made inquiries about adopting a girl, then 2.
  10. On July 22, 2022, he and William admitted to sexually abusing their adopted sons over a period of time when they were interviewed by authorities.
  11. On July 27, 2022, officials executed a search warrant at his and William’s residence in Oxford.
  12. In March 2024, he turned 37.
  13. On October 21, 2014, he pleaded guilty to two counts of aggravated sodomy, three counts of aggravated child molestation, two counts of incest, two counts of sodomy, two counts of pandering for a person under 18 and three counts of sexual exploitation of children.
  14. On December 19, 2024, Judge Jeffrey L. Foster sentenced him to 100 years in prison without the possibility of parole.
