Erin Elizabeth Ann Strotman is an American registered nurse from Virginia, United States. She was employed at Henrico Doctors’ Hospital in Richmond, Virginia in 2023 and in 2024.

In the summer of 2023, Strotman allegedly caused the unexplainable fractures of four male infants at the hospital’s Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). After the cases came to light, the hospital put her on leave.

In 2024, the hospital allowed Strotman to return. From November 2024 to December 2024, she allegedly caused the unexplainable fractures of three other male infants at the hospital’s NICU.

In 2025, the hospital terminated Strotman after her arrest. Here are 10 more things about her:

  1. She is a resident of Midlothian, Chesterfield County, Virginia.
  2. Aside from Midlothian, she has lived in other parts of Virginia including Church Road.
  3. In May 2019, she became a registered nurse.
  4. She is accused of wounding Dominique Hackey and Tori Hackey‘s twin sons Noah Hackey and Micah Hackey, who were born in August 2023.
  5. In May 2024, she turned 26.
  6. On November 10, 2024, she was caught on camera in the NICU of Henrico Doctors’ Hospital breaking the thigh bone of a boy born in July 2024 and identified only as Y.H.
  7. On January 2, 2025, she was terminated by Henrico Doctors’ Hospital, arrested by Henrico Police Department officers and charged with malicious wounding and felony child abuse.
  8. On January 3, 2025, she was booked into the Henrico County Regional Jail West in Barhamsville, New Kent County, Virginia and arraigned at the Henrico County Juvenile/Domestic Relations Court in Henrico, Virginia where she was denied bail and ordered to have no contact with any child under the age of 18. 
  9. On January 7, 2024, Scott Cardani, who is representing her, told ABC News that she has not yet entered a plea.
  10. On March 24, 2025, she will appear in court again.
