Officers with the police department of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, United States have arrested Lyndon Cole Jarman, 29. He is a taekwondo instructor.

Located in Oklahoma’s Tulsa County and Wagoner County, Broken Arrow is around 1,740 miles away from San Francisco, California, USA, which is home to Dropbox, Inc. Founded in May 2007, the company operates the file hosting service Dropbox.

In 2021, Jarman allegedly sexually assaulted a juvenile male. Because the alleged victim is a tribal citizen, the case was transferred to the Muscogee Creek Nation in Okmulgee, Okmulgee County, Oklahoma where a forensic interview was done.

However, Jarman is not a tribal citizen so the case was given to the Federal Bureau of Investigation. After conducting its own investigation, the FBI presented charges to the U.S. Attorney’s office.

On January 11, 2022, the National Center of Missing and Exploited Children sent a cyber tip in Austin, Texas, USA to a detective in Tulsa County. The tip came from Dropbox, Inc.

Investigators in Texas found that Jarman owned a Dropbox account that contained 190 photos and videos of prepubescent males taking part in sexually explicit behavior with other prepubescent males and adults. The investigators sent the information to the Broken Arrow Police Department.

Jarman is also accused of molesting students he trained for martial arts in Tulsa County and Wagoner County. His alleged victims and their families provided information to BAPD detectives, who conducted an investigation.

On February 2, 2025, Jarman was arrested after allegedly kicking and slapping his wife in Wagoner County. He was charged with domestic assault and battery in the presence of a minor.

After the arrest, a search warrant was issued for Jarman’s phone and was given to the BAPD. He admitted to being aware of the Dropbox filled with pictures and videos of child sexual abuse material.

On February 26, 2025, BAPD officers arrested Jarman for at least five counts of lewd molestation. He may face more charges because there could be more victims connected with the investigation, according to the BAPD.
