2019

• In February 2019,  Steward Health Care, the parent organization of St. Elizabeth’s Hospital, formally terminated him.
• In November 2019, he agreed to pay $150,000 to resolve allegations that he caused his employer to inappropriately bill the Medicaid Program of Massachusetts for portions of surgical procedures that never took place and office visits that he neither attended nor supervised.
• In December 2019, he and Katie got married at a drive-thru chapel in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA.

2020

• In January 2020, Katie filed a report saying he threw her to the ground asking if she was cheating on him.
• On February 6, 2020, he was arraigned in Dedham District Court for violating a restraining order. He was charged with assault, battery on a household member, battery with a dangerous weapon, strangulation or suffocation and two counts of assault. He pleaded not guilty to all counts.
• He was supposed to return to Dedham District Court on March 4, 2020 but the hearing was postponed.
• On April 15, 2020, Katie took to Facebook to share a photo of their residence in Dover with a “For Sale” sign on the front.
• On May 6, 2020, Anthony Vorres, the general manager of Residence Inn in Dedham, Norfolk County, took a reservation call from him, allowing a key for Katie. He reserved a room from May 8-17, 2020.
