Jerry is Jerry Lynn Halsey Sr. and Barbara Halsey‘s son. Born in Jonesboro, Arkansas to Orville M. Halsey and Gladys LaDon Bray Halsey, Jerry Sr. is Chester Orville Halsey‘s brother.
