Riley Joseph Broussard, 34, is a resident of Randy Drive in New Iberia, Iberia Parish, Louisiana, United States. The city is home to the Bayou Teche Museum, the Conrad Rice Mill, the Iberia Parish Jail and Shadows-on-the-Teche.

Broussard was identified as the suspect in a recent joint investigation of the Louisiana Bureau of Investigation‘s cyber crime unit, the Iberia Parish Sheriff’s Office and Homeland Security Investigations. It was a result of a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
On April 21, 2025, agents with the LBI arrested Broussard. He was wearing a a white shirt and a pair of American flag shorts when he was arrested.
The Iberia Parish Sheriff’s Office charged Broussard with unlawful use of body armor and two counts of possession of firearm or carrying concealed weapon by a person convicted of certain felonies. He was also charged with 50 counts of possession of pornography involving juveniles under the age of 13.
Bond for Broussard as yet to be set. He was booked into the Iberia Parish Jail.
Booked into the same jail was Marklin Reaux, 36, who was arrested by the New Iberia Police Department on April 12, 2025. He was charged with first-degree murder, theft of vehicle, possession of drugs, violation of protective services orders and aggravated flight from officer and his bond was set at $10,145,000.
