Victoria Katherine”Tori” Montgomery, 32, of Bluffton, Beaufort County, South Carolina, United States is a dance teacher classically trained in Cecchetti and Royal Academy of Dance. She is accused of having an inappropriate relationship with a student.

Montgomery is a former resident of Warsaw, Indiana, USA where she started her teaching career. She taught in Flint, Michigan, USA before moving to Bluffton.
Aside from Flint, Montgomery has lived in other parts of Michigan including Clarkston, Fenton, Fort Gratiot Township, Fraser, Kalamazoo and New Baltimore. After attending a performing arts high school in Fraser, she continued her dancing career at Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo.
On May 9, 2013, Montgomery registered to vote in Fort Gratiot Township. In 2016, she earned her bachelor’s degrees in dance and secondary education social studies with a minor in history.
In 2021, Montgomery joined Hilton Head Island High School in Hilton Head Island, Beaufort County as a dance teacher. It is a public high school within the Beaufort County School District.
On October 18, 2022, Hilton Head Island High School took to social media to share a photo of her while she was pregnant. The caption read, “Congratulations go out to Ms. Montgomery, HHIHS’s dance teacher, on her upcoming bundle of joy!”
On April 30, 2025, the Beaufort County School District placed Montgomery on leave. Law enforcement is investigating when she started an inappropriate relationship with one of her students, who is now 18 years old.
On May 2, 2025, Montgomery was charged with sexual battery of a student. If found guilty, she could face 30 days in jail and a $500 fine.
