Donald Newton, 46, of Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada, United States is accused of trafficking a girl, 16. He has been arrested.

Bail for Newton was set at $500,000. Authorities have yet to release details about how he met the girl he allegedly trafficked and how long she had been held against her will.
On May 30, 2025, authorities received a call about an armed suspect holding a teen girl against her will at a motel on the 700 block of S. Beach Boulevard in Anaheim, Orange County, California, USA. Police officers responded to the motel where they located the girl and transported her to a safe location.
A loaded firearm was discovered in the hotel room. However, Newton was nowhere to be found.
Around two hours later, detectives found Newton in Stanton, Orange County and took him into custody. The Orange County District Attorney’s Office charged him with human trafficking of a minor, possession of a firearm by a felon, possession of ammunition by a prohibited person, pimping a minor over 16 years old, pandering with a minor over 16 years old and three counts of personal use of a firearm in a felony.
