Dr. Fezile Mkhize

On April 27, 2024, Dr. Fezile Mkhize was crowned Mister Supranational South Africa 2024, beating two other finalists. On July 4, 2024, he represented South Africa at Mister Supranational 2024, competed against 35 other candidates at the Strzelecki Park Amphitheater in Nowy Sącz and won the title.

Runner-up to Mkhize was Casey de Vries of the Netherlands. The respective second, third and fourth runners-up were Brandon Espiritu of the Philippines, Marcos de Freitas of Venezuela and Sanonh Maniphonh of Laos.
