On December 31, 2023, Millan-Windorski represented Wisconsin at Miss Earth USA 2024 and competed against 52 other candidates at the Rosen Centre in Orlando, Florida, USA. She won the title.
On July 6, 2025, Millan-Windorski crowned her successor Haley Grace Poe of Erie, Pennsylvania, USA at the Schuyler Hall of the Hamilton Hotel in Washington, D.C., USA. The latter will represent the U.S. at Miss Earth 2025.
