Logina Salah, a native of Alexandria, Egypt, was diagnosed with the skin disorder vitiligo when she was young. She graduated from Beverly International Beauty School in New York, United States.
In 2015, Salah became a mother. In 2019, she became an Abu Dhabi TV news reporter in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
On October 5, 2024, Salah competed against 14 other Miss Universe Egypt 2024 finalists at the InterContinental Cairo Semiramis in Qasr Ad Dobarah, Qasr El Nil, Cairo and won the title. Also crowed were Miss Universe Egypt – Peace Ambassador 2024 Mireille Azer and Miss Universe Egypt – Tourism 2024 Sarah Wanas.
Miss Universe Egypt 2025 contestants
On April 21, 2025, Salah turned 35. On August 26, 2025, she will crown her successor at Brennia Kottefaru in Kottefaru, Raa Atoll, Maldives, which marks the third edition of the national beauty pageant that selects the Miss Universe candidate of Egypt.
There are three women competing for the Miss Universe Egypt 2025 crown. Here are the candidates:

Sara Gouda, 28, Toronto, Ontario, Canada’s Egyptian community
Sonia Gergis, 31, Dubai, United Arab Emirates’ Egyptian community
Currently, Egypt has one Miss Universe placement. The country was represented in the international beauty pageant by the winner of Pantene Miss Egypt from 1987 to 1990, in 1992, from 1994 to 1997 and from 1998 to 2010, the Pantene Miss Egypt 2010 first runner-up in 2011, the winner of Miss Egypt in 2014 and the winner of Miss Egypt Universe from 2017 to 2019.
Miss Universe Egypt started in 2023. That year, Josh Yugen became the national director of the beauty pageant.
On November 16, 2024, Salah represented Egypt at Miss Universe 2024 and competed against 124 candidates at the Arena Ciudad de México (Arena CDMX) in Azcapotzalco, Mexico City, Mexico. She finished in the Top 30.
