Catherine Edouard of Fort-de-France, Martinique, France competed against nine other Miss Universe Martinique 2024 candidates at the Grand Carbet Du Parc Culturel Aimé Césaire in Fort-de-France on September 6, 2024. She won the title.
Runner-up to Edouard was Marie-Pierre Macambou. The respective second, third and fourth runners-up were Jennifer Cafardy, Axelle Lefaucheur and Emmanuelle Henry.
Miss Universe Martinique 2025
On September 20, 2025, Edouard will crown her successor at the Centre Commercial Génipa in Ducos, Martinique. It is the seventh edition of the beauty pageant that selects the Miss Universe candidate of the island.
Martinique has yet to place in Miss Universe, which started in 1952. The island made its debut in the international beauty pageant in 1957.

Martinique was represented in the international beauty pageant by Ginette Cidalise-Montaise in 1957, Ghislaine Jean-Louis in 1981, Corine Soler in 1982, Marie Lina Laupa in 1983 and Danielle Clery in 1984 and they were all unplaced. Kevin Bellegarde became the national director of Miss Universe Martinique in 2024 and was replaced by Steeven Jean-Yves Zamor in 2025.
On November 16, 2024, Edouard represented Martinique at Miss Universe 2024 and competed against 124 other candidates at the Arena Ciudad de México (Arena CDMX) in Azcapotzalco, Mexico City, Mexico. She was unplaced.
Edouard is an entrepreneur and a judo practitioner. She attended Legta Croix Rivail Martinique in Le Lamentin, Martinique and obtained a brevet de technicien supérieur (BTS) senior technologist’s certificate in operational commercial management from Esicad Montpellier in Montpellier, France.
