Petra Sivakova of Šamorín, Dunajská Streda, Trnava, Slovakia competed against 11 other Miss Slovenso 2023 candidates in Bratislava, Slovakia on June 24, 2023. She was runner-up to Daniela Vojtasova of Dolný Kubín, Žilina Region, Slovakia while Kinga Puhová of Dunajská Streda, Trnava Region, Slovakia was crowned Miss Universe Slovakia 2023.
On September 18, 2024, Sivakova was appointed Miss Universe Slovakia 2024. On July 21, 2025, she turned 25.
Miss Universe Slovakia 2025
Sivakova’s successor will be crowned in the final episode of a reality show by Pure Model Management that will be aired on October 7, 2025. It is the inaugural edition of the national beauty pageant that selects the Miss Universe candidate of Slovakia.
Slovakia was represented in Miss Universe by Miss Slovensko from 1994 to 1995, Miss Universe Slovenskej Republiky from 1999 to 2018 and in 2022, Miss Česko-Slovensko in 2019. The representative was a Miss Slovensko runner-up from 2023 to 2024.

Slovakia’s Miss Universe franchise was held by Jozef Oklamck from 1995 to 1998, Silvia Lakatošová from 1999 to 2022 and Miss Management A.S. from 2023 to 2024. Pure Model Management became the new franchise holder in 2025.
On May 21, 1994, Silvia Lakatošová represented Slovakia at Miss Universe 1994, competed against 76 other candidates at the Philippine International Convention Center in Pasay City, Metro Manila, Philippines and finished in the Top 6. It is the first and still the only Miss Universe placement of Slovakia.
On November 16, 2024, Sivakoka represented Slovakia at Miss Universe 2024 and competed against 124 other candidates at the Arena Ciudad de México (Arena CDMX) in Azcapotzalco, Mexico City. She was unplaced.
