Officers with the police department of Solon, Cuyahoga County, Ohio, United States and agents from the Northeast Ohio Human Trafficking Task Force conducted an operation tracking down men looking to buy sex on October 16, 2025. They arrested a total of 13 men.

During the operation, the task force identified two children who were reported missing and nine potential victims of human trafficking. They also identified two foreign nationals, who were referred to Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

The arrestees are from different parts of Ohio including Brunswick, Burton, Cleveland, Kent, Macedonia, Madison, Reminderville, Solon, Stow and Willoughby. Among them are Peter Moller, 66, of Brunswick, Dwayne Murray, 33, of Kent and Lafayette Robinson, 33, of Cleveland.

Moller and Murray are accused of seeking sex from underage victims, who actually were undercover agents. Robinson is charged with promoting prostitution.

Each of the other 10 arrestees was charged with engaging in prostitution. Here are their names and their respective ages and residences:

Solon was incorporated as a village in 1927 and it became a city in 1961. The city has a total area of 20.49 square miles, of which 20.36 square miles is land and 0.13 square miles is water.

Edward H. Kraus was the vice mayor of Solon from December 2009 to November 2013 and has been the mayor of the city since December 2017. He was the director of strategic partnerships and regional collaboration in the office of the Cuyahoga County executive from January 2015 to November 2017.

On September 15, 2025, Kraus sworn in Courtney Perkins as the new Solon Police Department chief during the city council meeting of Solon. Perkins is an alumnus of the U.S. Air Force Academy.
