Patrick Bevis represented Thailand at Man Hot Star International 2024 and competed against 14 other candidates at the Columbia Pictures Aquaverse in Pattaya, Chonburi, Thailand on December 5, 2024. He won the title.
Runner-up to Bevis was Mark Joseph “MJ” Macalintal of the Philippines. The second runner-up was Vuong Quoc Khanh of Vietnam.
On December 5, 2025, Bevis crowned his successor No Seung Hyeok at World House Pattaya in Pattaya. The latter is the first Man Hot Star International from South Korea.

The respective first, second, third and fourth runners-up were Obnithi Kanchanapramapha of Thailand, Jin Ha Juyoung of South Korea, Nattakit Panyathara of Thailand and Kim Joo Young of South Korea.
On November 25, 2023, RJ de Vera of the Philippines won Man Hot Star International 2023 at Saensuk Hall Bangsaen Heritage Hotel in Saen Suk, Mueang Chonburi , Chonburi. The respective first, second, third and fourth runners-up were Kristzan Karlo Delos Santos of the United States, Jo Seong Hyeon of South Korea, Noah Joel Chandler of Canada and Naranwach Piakhammueng of Thailand.
