Crystal Terese Wilsey, 43, of Marinette, Wisconsin, United States has been fired by Cinnabon. She used to be a worker at a kiosk of the bakery company in Bay Park Square mall in Ashwaubenon, Brown County, Wisconsin.
Based in Sandy Springs, Georgia, USA, Cinnabon was founded in 1985. Known for its cinnamon roll, the company currently has more than 5,000 stores.

In October 2021, Wilsey visited Menominee, Michigan, USA and Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan and in November 2021, she visited Munising, Michigan. In January 2022, she visited Grand Marais, Michigan; Marquette, Michigan; Au Train Township, Michigan and Green Bay, Wisconsin.
On February 27, 2022, Wilsey was arrested in Erie County, Ohio and charged with operating while impaired and three counts of endangering children. Her bond was set at $4,000.
On December 5, 2025, Sabrina Osman posted a video on TikTok showing a heated argument between Wilsey and two customers at a Cinnabon kiosk Bay Park Square mall in Ashwaubenon. According to Osman, the customers were a Somali couple and the wife is her cousin.
When the wife requested Wilsey add more caramel to her pecan cinnamon roll, the Cinnabon worker allegedly became irate and said racial slurs at the couple while being filmed, according to Osman. The husband told the worker, “You’re an idiot.”
“I am a racist and you are a n—-r,” Wilsey responded and pointed her finger at the Somali couple. “I am racist and I’ll say that to the whole entire world. Don’t be disrespectful!”
The video of the incident immediately went viral on social media. On December 6, 2025, Cinnabon released a statement saying, “We’ve seen the disturbing video from the Cinnabon bakery in Ashwaubenon, WI, and we do not condone this behavior.”
“The former employee was immediately terminated by the franchise owner,” Cinnabon continued. “Their actions do not reflect our values or the welcoming experience every guest deserves.”
